Passenger Complaint: Tauck Cruises Customer Review November 3, 2017 –  “Planned a once in a lifetime vacation with this tour group for my 2 daughters and I. Gave them a deposit of 2700.00 about in Sept. Of 2017, to hold our spot for Sept river cruise in Sept 2018. In November 2017, found out that it was not going to work for us. Tried to get the deposit back, or even part of it. They will not return the deposit even though it is almost a year away. I will never do business with this company again. Not a good company. Shame on you for cheating people out of their money.”
