Passenger Complaint: “After two days on the Mississippi River Cruise I had a medical emergency and had to be taken to the hospital at Baton Rouge. There I had emergency surgery. When I called American Cruise Lines for a partial refund they refused even though I was only on the ship for 2 days. I think this is pretty shoddy treatment after paying more than $6,000 for the cruise.”
