Uniworld Boutique River Cruises Review April 29, 2018

Passenger Complaint: Uniworld Boutique River Cruises Review April 29, 2018 –  “The furniture & furnishings are dated and uncomfortable. You are on a cruise; there is not a single comfortable chair or sofa in the lounge. There isn’t a foot stool or hassock in the lounge. How can you sit with your feet up and watch the world go by which is why you’re cruising under those circumstances? But the most egregious issue of the cruise was the water pump. We were in Suite 318 Andi McDowell Suite for which we paid a “pretty penny”. All night long the water pump went on and off with no regularity. So you were always waiting for it to start and stop. And it was LOUD! Neither my husband nor I got a decent night’s sleep the whole trip. Since it continued during the day, there were no chances for naps either. It was very disappointing that the ship’s engineer could do nothing to resolve this problem. Frankly, this was a big issue and significantly reduced the enjoyment of the trip. I will be very hesitant regarding furthe river cruises if this issue is part of the ship design.”
