Passenger Complaint: Grand Celebration Cruises Consumer Review August 8, 2017 – “Was originally scheduled to stay in a nice 4 star hotel, crusline changed hotel stay to a 2 star hotel and didnot notify me. I also paid for upgrades, for excursions and spa. The down graded hotel did not have amenities available. The cruise line credited my account $200 to be shared between 2 people.”
