Passenger Complaint: Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines BBB Review January 10, 2017 – “I am on the Brilliance of the seas as of this very moment. However we are in day two of a five day cruise to Grand Cayman and Cozumel Mexico. I am literally sitting at my table on day two for the captain’s dinner. The I have cruised with Royal Caribbean 6 times now. Last nights menu included ribeye steak for the main course. Now for the captains dinner they are offering steak which is non other than Serloin I must say and some chicken really Royal Caribbean? I have never been on a cruise with Royal Caribbean that didn’t have all you can eat lobster as apart of the Captains dinner. My company has sent over 150 reps on this cruise and this by far is the worst one I’ve been on seeing that they didn’t offer this as part of the captains dinner. Also we and everyone else has smartphones and smart devices on a cruise to take pictures enjoy their wifi they charge for BUT one item that Royal Caribbean dies not offer for sale is a phone charger. So if your phone charger breaks you can no longer take pictures until you go to a foreign country and purchase one. I apologize for venting on here but I wanted to let Royal Caribbean and you see how disgusted I am over how cheap this cruise was planed for paying customers on this ship.”
